Expalantion of すぎる
「すぎる」means "Excess"
「 飲みすぎる」 means excess of drinking.
「飲みすぎない」 do not excess drinking.
「飲みなさすぎる」 means excess of not drinking.
So, you have to change how to make sentences depending on the context.
